Chocolate paste cake with stencils
Chocolate sugarpaste has been used to cover this hexagonal cake and board. Celtic design stencils have been made in edible gold luster dust on very fine pieces of chocolate modelling paste. Extra details have been added with cut out holly leaves, poinsettia and candles all in the chocolate paste and dusted with gold or a rich bronze dusting powders.
