Delivery in UK and Ireland is £3.95 per order (excluding selected large / bulky items, noted in the product’s description).

Free delivery within UK on orders over £40.

International delivery is possible – we charge this based on the actual postage cost charged to us by the courier, so this will depend on the size and weight of your items.  To place an order for international delivery:

1. Complete order as normal and at checkout select zero delivery charge / local pick up
2. We will prepare your order and based on the size and weight of your items, calculate an estimate of the postage charge based on the most efficient courier method
3. We will contact you, via your email address, to confirm your approval of the delivery charge estimate
4. You will be asked to arrange payment of the delivery charge, via PayPal, prior to dispatch of your order
5. If the delivery estimate is too high, no problem – we will work with you to find a solution, for example removing bulky / weighty items or if an alternative courier is available, or issue a full refund of your order.

Free delivery is also available in central Belfast area – please contact us to confirm if your post code is eligible for free delivery or if you would like to arrange to meet us for collection in Belfast.

We make every effort to deliver goods within 5 days of ordering. Please be aware that delays are occasionally inevitable due to busy periods and unforeseen factors. If your order is for something you urgently need – please contact us and we can discuss with you how we make sure you have what you need on-time.
