A classic style cake with crisp white on green design.

A straight frill has been used as a band around the middle of the sides and tiny holly & berries pipped in royal icing on the frill band.

The fluted oval plaque shape has been cut out in the green sugarpaste just after covering so that the white plaque can be set in slightly recessed.

The poinsettia spray and church window is cut out using patchwork cutters in very fine paste.

The lettering font is using the tap-it strip cutter set.
