Holly embosser sticks are a really quick and effective way to create designs on cake tops, sides and around the board.  Also good for decorating cupcakes and small plaques.  The stick makes the embosser easy to hold and use and since the design has no edges / surround the embosser makes a clean and deep impression in the paste.  Either leave plain or dust in edible food colours to suit your design.
