Holly Spray with Bow – perfect for decorating the corners or sides of a Christmas cake or even use as a cake top for small / individual cakes.

2 sided mould to pattern both sides and allow you to make very fine delicate pieces.

Use with flower paste, sugarpaste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate paste, cold porcelain or air dry clays.

Roll out a disc of paste quite thin.  Dust both sides of the mould with cornflower and then gently press the paste between both sides.  Use a scalpel or small sharp knife to trim the outer edge.  Dust or paint to finish.

For cakes, this is best made in a mix of 1/2 sugarpaste and 1/2 flowerpaste.
