White Poinsettia

The white spray on this cake is fantastic in contrast against any dark sugarpaste colour. The use of a triangle cake tin and board also adds to the dramatic contemporary look.

The wired spray includes a central large poinsettia surrounded by ivy and holly leaves with a few winter jasmine. The spray is kept very simple to allow plenty of the red sugarpaste to shine through.
